Sounds a bit steep if fitting is on top. A similar number of windows cost me around £6K a couple of years ago (including fitting), but prices have gone up quite a bit since.I'd suggest getting a few more quotes that include fitting along with any lintels that may be required.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Expensive - just paid £10k for 8 windows (one was 3m x 1.6 and the rest were larger than normal), solidor composite front door and aluminium bifolds fitted2006 LBM £28,000+ in debt.

Makes sense to have the company that supply the windows to also fit them.
Then there's no possibility of the "wrong" windows being supplied0 -
I'm in the south east. I had a local company supply 10 windows (3 were very large), 2 sets of patio doors, I new front door with glass panels either side and a set of bifolds for £10,900. My builder fitted but he works with the company all the time0
