It sounds like not all of the companies have updated their databases. If the copper cable comes into your house underground, so will the fibre. Openreach will do whatever is necessary.0

Vodafone is not one of them, they are continuously at the bottom end of the customer satisfaction surveys for broadband. Well known for losing landline numbers as part of migrations and mis communications and delayed migrations.
It may take a few days / weeks for all of the ISP's to get their availability systems updated if FTTP is just becoming available for your exchange.
Vodafone won't install any cabling, that will be Openreach if their service. If you don't have overhead or ducting, then they will need to dig a new trench to the property.1 -
I went with Vodafone 150Mbs at £21 for 24 months. Hope I dont regret it.0

I see negative commens for every provider. They are not much lower rated on MSE. Best broadband providers 2024, recommended by readers (telegraph.co.uk) has them middle ranked for customer service.
