Hi,After numerous emails,Singapore airlines have rejected any tax refund as the booking is over 2 years old. They claim this is their time limit. So the info on Money Supermarket list is incorrect.I've looked at S.A .reviews on Trustpilot and they aren't great. So even if I had booked direct with them, they would still have been unhelpful.

Hello @Beachwalker56, sorry to hear you weren't able to get a tax refund.
The MSE guide does say that Singapore Airlines tax refund claims must be made within two years. But if I've misunderstood and it's something else that looks wrong, please let me know and I'll see that it gets corrected.
Thanks,

Before posting on the previous page, I checked that there's no limit mentioned on the MSE page and it still shows this today:https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/missed-or-cancelled-a-flight-claim-air-passenger-duty-refund/#howtoclaimSingapore Airlines Admin fee: Varies
Deadline to claim: No time limit

I have recently tried to reclaim APD from BA :First attempt via their (virtually impenetrable) web site, which is truly dreadful (I worked in IT for many years and have some knowledge). All I got was a standard email response, but no refund.Second attempt, email to BA CEO - zero response. It's only rock 'n' roll ...0
