Bay Infringement Parking Fine

I would also suggest that if the 'charge' is for "not parked wholly within a bay", then it is void for impossibility. The only bay shown on the evidence photo is so small a pedal car would not fit.

To argue that you should telepathically know where a bay might be if it were painted is absurd. It is only a personal opinion, but I do not think that the PPC would be daft enough to take this to court
