I know Vauxhall is a subsidiary of GM, so it may be worth a shot?

Are you referring to GM Finance Limited of Lincoln House, 137-143 Hammersmith Road, London, W14 0QL or is GM in your case actually General Motors as in Vauxhall / Opel? The latter may be reachable via  GBCAR-CSC-Complaints@vauxhallfinance.com
