Hi all,

I'm curious. Permission was given years ago to a project local to myself and it's now been built.

A final "non-material ammendment" was put forward to clear up all the differences between as built and as approved.

The issue is the non-material ammendment changed the "red line boundry" so now there are 2x (or maybe more) versions of this planning permission boundary approved.

One version of the planning boundrary means everyting is inside the boundary while the other means development work has been completed outside of the boundary.

I thought there "could only be on" but it appears we have 2(or more).

Any ideas?
