Hi
Thanks badger09, xylophone and Albermarie for the Great information, The reasoning for a Cash ISA was I know where I stand with Cash but on reflection I'm tempered to maybe keep it as a S&S ISA based on your comments (Albermarie) as you mentioned it may be a good idea to have a mix. I do know shares can rise and fall and maybe because of the amount of £22K each which fortunately we do not require at the moment.
I don't think I'll be able to fund the S&S FMISA until Next April 6th ish time because we opened a Cash ISA in May 24 and we put in £20K each.
The S&S FMISA held by Fidelity were originally taken out via the Mortgage lender and this was with L&G and then they transfer the FMISA S&S to Fidelity some years ago, it was one of those transactions that we had a couple of options but we went with the easiest one which was to let the transfer go ahead at the time, so when I've looked they are Legal & General UK Index Trust (1) shares held now by Fidelity.
In anyones experience is £90 per annum per account (Me & the Wife) about average for just holdings these shares, until I can maybe considering funding the FMISAs in the next financial year if we keep them as appose to a maybe going for a cash ISA.
Below is what's stated on Fidelity website:Less than £25,000 0.35% if you have a regular savings plan or £90 (£7.50 a month) if you don't
Thanks, I will have a look at the Nationwide link.
Thanks for all the help, fast responses and the valued information. Please if there is anything else you feel that we need to be aware of, please if you have the time will you share.
It is really appreciated that you all go out you way to help others like myself and my wife. thank to all the MSE crowd, in helping others like myself it is very commendable.

Within Fidelity you should be able to see what funds you are invested in. In case you're interested in any comments.
Also, in case you're not aware, Fidelity will allow you to share account details between logins, so both you and your wife would be able to see both accounts.
