I am, but I did request the box. When I logged into my account to see what was going on, I noticed they'd scheduled another box for September which I didn't request! I've read so many horror stories, no way will I order again, even if they do sort this out.squashykat said:
OP, are you ex-stitch fix? This was my thread a couple of days ago. Now I am really worried. I never authorised an account with this company and find the fact they send me stuff anyway, to be pretty unethical.born_again said:
I have emailed them requesting to close my account and sent the box of stuff back but although other forum users assured me they couldn't have my card details from my old Stitch Fix account, I am saddened to read of this happening to you and not confident it won't happen to me.0 -
OK - so this means that you don't need proof of delivery - just that you handed the parcel of to RM. Presumably you got a receipt. Even if they claim the parcel hasn't arrived, then this is still their problem - because they arranged the courier - you effectively returned the parcel as soon as you gave it to RM.A_Star said:

I'm aware, but you can purchase one off boxes or at various intervals, I only ever select one off boxes, same as I did with Stitch Fix.born_again said:
