I have £20,000 worth of shares I want to sell anyway to pay less tax when selling i
A bed and isa into a flexible ISA?
Also
I have a flexible ISA and had shared which I sold and removed the cash so my allowance on my flexible ISA is £20,000
Can I open a non flexible ISA with dorrent broker and buy a fund?

You can’t transfers share directly into an ISA. The only tax that may be applicable is CGT, how much did you pay for them originally?1
