Is range on EV reason to return under "short term right to reject" of Consumer Rights Act?

I have owned an Audi Q8 Etron less than 30 days, bought from main dealer new. It has an advertised range of 318-340 miles. The day I picked it up, fully charged at 100%, with only a couple of miles on the clock it displayed a maximum range of 290 miles. Since owning it, it thinks the maximum range is around 270-280 miles…
