Evening all, I sent off 3 claims to Santander about 2-3 weeks ago. They haven’t acknowledged my email. Is this typical or should they have done so by now?

Its typical. The complaints process on DCA has been suspended pending the FCA report.
Some firms are acknowledging and then sticking your enquiry on a pile with the rest whilst others are going straight to sticking it on a pile.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
