You are not reading the posts correctly or the paperwork you have been sent, why are you still calling this a "fine" terminology, attention to detail and concentrating on the facts is important!

This is also the third time you have been helped on here going over the same stuff yet again, including landowner complaints, you should know what you are doing by now. 

You also never came back to your other threads to say how you got on, it's a bit frustrating
