Multi quote option?

I remember ages ago I used to be able to use a Multi Quote function. I've now started posting on the board again recently and I cannot find this function any more. Individual posts have a Quote button, but when I click the three dots on the post, it doesn't bring up a menu. It just me with this problem?

I am using Chrome, if that makes any difference.

Hi @booksandbikes  - our current forum software doesn't have a built-in multi-quote option (though you can simulate the effect manually)

As for the menu with no items, that's a known glitch - when there are no items to display, the menu shouldn't appear at all.

Thanks for the quick response. Can you please point me to a guide to do it manually? I have attempted this before and failed miserably.🙈

You can copy and paste short passages of text and then use the 'Quote' formatting option to turn them into quotes


It's fiddly but do-able if you're replying to several distinct points (or parts of messages from different people)
