Hi Hope someone can help.
Was on an EasyJet flight from Tenerife to Gatwick and after waiting for luggage for near on an hour all the passengers were told that the luggage had all gone missing so I was not the only unfortunate traveller.
Filled in the relevant documentation as to report baggage had not arrived.
Can someone kindly advise what if any rights I have because of this please.

They’ve lost a whole plane full of luggage?Should be easier to track down than one suitcase then.Although easyJet say they don’t consider a case lost until after 45 days, the CAA consider it lost after 21 days so you need to at least give them that long. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
The luggage will turn up.1

If you followed the process and completed and filed a report, then you will have been told the processes of follow up. You are given a website link and you can trace progress of your bag from there.1
