Hi I had a few cars with finance. But can’t remember who with.
can you use tool with just reg numbers  of cars.
how long can you go back 
and if you paid off finance sooner before end of agreement does this still count.
also if you traded in car for another one can both be checked
And isi this worth sending now or waiting till after September as read here it’s been frozen at moment.

how long can you go back 

we don't know. You will need to wait for the FCA report on that.  There is currently a hard date in 2009 for when the credit existed but we don't know if pre-2009 cases will be considered.  However, there is unlikely to much or any data from that period.
