Hi,  I purchased car from evans halshaw in 2009 with motability finance, Does anybody know if the discretionary rate was used on these agreements. Thanks

    Hi there - welcome to MSE. 

    Did you definitely purchase the car?

    My previous experience was that Motability was a 3 year lease arrangement, rather than a purchase, and as such wouldn't be covered.

    Yes definitely finance, before the stopped doing it

    According to motability, its not PCP or PCH but is closer to PCH and is a lease and not finance.
