Autistic - please help. Premier Park Claim

I wish to question the Claimant about their evidence at a hearing in person and to expose omissions and any misleading or incorrect evidence or assertions.
Given the Claimant is a firm who complete cut & paste parking case paperwork for a living, having this case heard solely on papers would appear to put the Claimant at an unfair advantage, especially as they would no doubt prefer the Defendant not to have the opportunity to expose the issues in the Claimants template submissions or speak as the only true witness to events in question.

Thank you!
Also, my partner was with me at the time, should I put for question F3 "F3 How many witnesses, including yourself, will give evidence on your behalf at the hearing?" should I put 2, and call him as a witness, or is it better just to do it myself?0 -
If you think that your partner can add to your defence as a witness, then nothing to stop them attending. When the time comes to submit your own WS, you should get your partner to write their own.
If it helps you with any anxiety, then by all means have them there but they don't have to be a witness as they could simply attend as a McKenzie Friend or even as a lay-representative if you think they'd do a better job than you presenting your case. If they lay-rep, they can't be a witness though.1 -
