APCOA Penalty Notice - POPLA appeal stage - mistake?

    This should be front and centre of all POPLA appeals re APCOA at railway stations. Thanks for leading the way. This is a new appeal point (can't recall who first spotted it but kudos to them!).

    As it is now all over, please tell us the date of decision and the POPLA Code (which it is now safe to share as it's a completed case).
    Thanks - I just did as I was told! The code is 0511844044 and the decision is dated 10 October. 
    If you don't mind please, could you edit your post in the POPLA Decisions Announcement to add the POPLA verification code. Thank you for placing the full decision there. Very helpful result for future APCOA penalty charge cases.
