                    Hi,
I have just paid for 6 months of Sky Sports through my NOW TV app but have changed my mind (long story). I have not accessed SS since paying but there is no way of contacting NOW to cancel for a refund. It will let me cancel online but will only let it lapse at the end of the 6 months. Any similar experiences or suggestions please? I have 14 day cooling off period to cover me I assume...
Thanks,

Sorry, ignore this post, all sorted.

Were you trying to cancel through the app on your phone? They recommend using desktop/laptop/tablet rather than mobile. If you were using the latter might be worth trying one of the former devices.

Yes thanks. I didn't realise that they recognise the 14 day cooling off period and immediate refund through my account so all sorted. They actually offered me a cheaper rate before finally pressing the cancel button!0

I don’t like the way they are going with these 6 month contracts just to get a deal. The whole point of Nowtv was a cheaper non contracted alternative to sky.0

If they find customers want/prefer six month contracts then that's what they'll offer. it works for Sky, it was only a matter of time before it got rolled out to Now.0

I won’t sign up. I stand by my point that it should stay a rolling monthly platform only as that is the point of NowTV.Neil_Jones said:ididgetwhereiamtoday said:I don’t like the way they are going with these 6 month contracts just to get a deal. The whole point of Nowtv was a cheaper non contracted alternative to sky.So don't sign up then.NowTV is simply another revenue stream for Sky, as the whole point of a company is to make money. Now TV do still offer Sky Sports as a rolling monthly deal, it's just considerably cheaper to sign up for a six month stretch.ididgetwhereiamtoday said:
