If you're just using it to record activity rather than perform transactions and directly pull account info, and are even slightly tech-savvy, the you can do things in a spreadsheet (eg. Microsoft Excel or LibeOffice Calc).
Is that in response to my Moneyspire query?

Does anyone know of a money management database that can update Outlook/Google/iCloud calendars? For instance for anticipated interest and dividend payments, DDs, SOs and the like? This is the feature that would push me to change.

Not quite, but Moneypoint (see my post above), does contain a "Schedule" feature for future recurring receipts and payments. By switching notifications on, you will be alerted to future transactions.

This feature is quite flexible and can be set up for variable parameters in terms of time repetition and end dates etc.

Simple to download and test without any form of commitment.

I do believe however that it is limited to desktops/laptops and therefore not suitable as a mobile app for smart phones or tablets.

Previously I used Microsoft Money to record and manage my finances.

Are there any current applications that cover the bases in this regard?
My Microsoft money edition appears to have reached its account capacity
Have you tried archiving everything before a certain date? That sometimes fixes issues.

I’m still using Money 2005 and am happy with it. If I ever need to move on I have my eye on Moneywiz but I think it’s Mac, iPhone & iPad only.
Using money 2003 but if you reuse old closed accounts you still have excess to these old accounts and the new account
What's your estimate of the maximum number of accounts? You have me a little worried; including open and closed I'm up to 517 and that includes reusing here and there for continuing issues of regular savers.
To answer my own question, the website linked below - which was always the bible for MS Money - says that the number of accounts is unlimited but the number of *favourite* accounts in 2001 and later is limited to 45. Could it be you're favouriting accounts and seeing that as the limit?

I have only 25 accounts listed as favourites
    1384 accounts
Error in edition should have been money 2000 running in Windows 11

Interesting. After all these years we're testing its limits. I should still have a reasonable margin though, phew!

    Hi.
No, just to the general question (I tend to quote comments if I'm replying to them).
