It is Jopson v Homeguard, hope you got that right in your submissions.  There is full advice on how to complete the N180 in the NEWBIE sticky.

Yep, read the guidance about all the N180 DQ questions and DO NOT TICK YES to your case being heard without an in-person hearing.

The only difference is because you filed a Counterclaim, I believe the N180 was sent to you by your local court and so it gets returned to them (not to the CNBC who are no longer involved).

Be ready for WS and exhibits stage before the hearing.  Read the SECOND post of the NEWBIES thread about that stage too.

Why haven't you done what you were advised earlier and contacted https://www.greenwichmillenniumvillage.co.uk/ to get this sorted, there's a phone number to start with there, you should have nipped this in the bud earlier!

As above, plan A should have been followed up, trying to avoid the court claim

As you are at the N180 stage,  your help from here will be required next year at the Witness statement bundle stage,  so come back here a few weeks before the hearing,  for further advice.   Meanwhile I would suggest that you copy and paste your previous defence and the counter claim below,  plus a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left hand side of the claim form,  after hiding your VRM details first

Lastly,  change the thread title to something more suitable like
