Witness Statement still not arrived at Civil Enforcement office 😤 I'll be reporting it to the Courts..
Whose witness statement has not arrived at CE office and how do you know?  What will you report to the court?

I would not alert the court that you "know" your WS hasn't been served.

The faffing about with delivered post to a PO Box is now CEL's problem (but you should not have sent it to a PO Box address because that isn't a service address AFAIK).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The Defendants WS.  It's tracked delivery. Just a quick email to let the court know that it has been sent to the Claimant and attach the Royal Mail tracking receipt to the email.

There is no PO Box mentioned in their address by the way.

It's not unreasonable to send it tracked. There's extra post around at Christmas. It wasn't sent Special Delivery. There's only one address on the CEL website.

Thanks for your input.  Incidentally CEL haven't sent us any documents that the Court requested them to send. Which includes the agreement they made with the landowner. Photos.

    That is great.

They are in breach of an order...it wasn't a request!

And good news that you sent it to a non PO Box address. If they choose to bounce their served post around, that's their problem.

Make sure you add the postage receipt to a signed & dated costs assessment summary a week before the hearing, including everything.

Thank you!  Maybe they think their generic witness statement will do lol
