Black Horse Next Steps

I’ve received confirmation from Black Horse that I did have DCA on an agreement. The letter doesn’t say any next steps, it just explains that the FCA are looking into it (with the September deadline) and that the current complaints timeline is paused.
Do I now need to lodge a separate complaint with Black Horse? I used the MSE template to do this originally so I’m unsure what I need to do, if anything.
Thanks

Do I now need to lodge a separate complaint with Black Horse? No. you do nothing. The complaints process is suspended for DCA complaints. Wait until the FCA report.I’ve received confirmation from Black Horse that I did have DCA on an agreement.Did it say whether it was positive, negative or neutral or just say it was present?
DCA could be used negatively (increase the rate), positively (reduce the rate so you get better terms) or available for the dealer to use but wasn't used. Most responses are not saying but it will be important later on.
