Ofwat is suposed to represent the public interest regarding water supply. They provide information on how to complain about the water companies.
However - there is no means of complaining to Ofwat about THEIR OWN performance.
If anyone knows how - please let me know.

I would complaint to Ofwat initially, and see what they say. (Write to their complaints address). They will either accept the complaint to turn it down but should tell you where you can take it, especially if you specifically ask them to do so.
I would think that they will say that the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman is their next level for complaints.Ofwat are a non-ministerial government department.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0 -
