Lebara won't transfer mobile number form one MSE offered plan to another MSE offered plan

Update from me. I ported to a cheap provider (took one working day) then ported to the new Lebara 15GB SIM (again took one working day). Cost me 20p to transfer to the intermediate provider. Was very simple. Porting seems to be so straightforward these days!0

Sorry, I've only just seen this. I don't know how to enable notifications on this site. It was TalkHome. The SIM deal was 99p per month but because I ported out so quickly I was only charged 20pflaneurs_lobster said:

Hi, I’m currently with lebara mse deal, I have requested my pac code to transfer my number so I can take out another mse lebara deal, however when I try to buy the lebara deal it says my email account is registered with an account
how do I get round this without using another email0
