I just did the eligibility checker on my laptop anbd it worked fine.

When I tried on my mobile, I got similar to you.

Unfortunately not but I’m glad it isn’t just me getting the error as was starting to think maybe it’s something I could be doing wrong, strange, I’ll have to see if I can get to a tablet or computer to try it.
