Hi everyone
I need your help please, about three months ago, I contacted Three Network to request the early termination of my two SIM-only contracts due to their poor network coverage in my house. After explaining the situation, Three Network agreed to let me leave without incurring any early termination fees.

However, I have recently started receiving texts and emails from Three Network stating that I need to pay an early termination fee. Despite numerous calls to their customer service, where I was assured that I do not have to pay anything and that my account would be credited to zero, the issue remains unresolved. I was informed that the delay was due to their system not being updated yet.

The situation has now escalated, and I am receiving texts, emails, and calls from a debt recovery team regarding this supposed outstanding balance. This has caused me significant stress and concern.

Could you please advise me on the best course of action to resolve this issue? Your assistance in navigating this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,
Bik
