You've started 81 threads on MSE forums already.

Just click on the big red button bottom right of your screen and choose New Thread.

At the top and bottom of this page you will see a link to the main forum page that says Parking tickets, fines, & parking. Click on it and that will take you to the main parking forum page. 

Then click on the new thread button that will either look like this,



or this.



depending on your page setup.

Please however read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES near the top of the main forum page before posting your new thread.

It might depend on the device and browser the OP is using.

I also see the 'Create New' button at top right on my Win11 Lenovo laptop running Google Chrome but not on my Android phone unless I force 'use website'.
I have no idea what Apple devices show.

OP, what platform and device are you using?
