    Not sure what you are trying to say. That would seem to evidence that there is a shortage. 
    I have no idea if the ATC shortage is made up, genuine or down to incompetence.

    Little different to any other industry or sector post Covid.  Not helped by the fact the Western world has an ageing population with fewer and fewer people being economically active. 

    Airports are high risk areas for serious illnesses like COVID. You have a lot of people from all over the place coming there, and areas of poor circulation. Ever noticed that you feel sleepy when you get on the plane? Poor circulation when it's on the ground, leading to high CO2 levels.

    So yes, a lot of people dropping out of the workforce.
