DCA Black Horse No Acknowledgement

I sent off the complaint email that was drafted out on here to Black horse on the 12th June. 
I've not heard back from them to say I have or haven't had dca on my car finance back in 2018.

I rang them to ask today they said to wait or make an official complaint. 

Does anyone know how i can make an official complaint?

With DCA complaints suspended by the FCA until after the completion or their review and report, what do you hope to gain from a complaint now?
Firms are not required to consider your complaint and can just stick it in a pile until the FCA review is completed.  As we do not know the contents of the FCA review, their decisions or their instructions both to consumer and firms, there is nothing to be gained by complaining at this time.
