PLUM doesn't offer bank statements?

I need to provide proof of funds to a solicitor as I'm buying a house, but I can't get a bank statement from PLUM. It says: "For the time being the statements for your Cash ISA are not available. Our team is working on that to make them available as soon as possible."

Meanwhile my solicitors wont accept a screenshot...

I'll phone PLUM, but I'm just baffled by this, how can they simply not provide statements?! Any thoughts on what I should do are welcome!

You could ask your solicitor if they would accept an official letter from PLUM, and then write to PLUM to ask them for a letter if you know it will be accepted.

Couldn’t you do an account download showing all the transactions if there is such a thing with Plum? As that would be the same as a statement

Unfortunately they don't offer that either. Some of their other products do offer statements but for some reason not these. So frustrating! Never would have thought to check this before opening account because WHO DOESN'T PROVIDE STATEMENTS?! Thanks for this suggestion, anyway!

Yeh that's a good idea, thanks, I'll try that!

If that doesn't work, your only option might be to move the money to an account where you can get a statement. You might lose some interest, but it could be worth doing to secure the purchase of your home.

Wondering what your outcome was for this issue as I have the same problem with my solicitor?

    Thanks!

I'm also looking to sell and buy a house this year and Cash ISA statements are still not available in the Plum app as of today, despite the help article saying they're working on it being updated over a year ago. I contacted support and the AI said it could provide an "acknowledgement letter showing your current balance" which didn't make me too hopeful. However after asking to speak to a human, after about 10 minutes they provided me with a PDF statement which showed all of my ISA transactions which will hopefully be everything I need.

So, for anyone else reading this in a similar boat, if you ask they can provide a Cash ISA statement now if you ask, just still not in-app.

    Thanks!
