BEWARE late flights when using PURPLE PARKING - HEATHROW

Booked Purple Parking Heathrow to get a good deal. This was off site parking with shuttle service. Planned return flight arrival was 2230 hrs but bad weather delayed us by two hours. When I contacted Purple Parking for collection they STOP RUNNING THE SHUTTLE BUS from midnight. Many unhappy customers paying £27-£40 just to get a black cab to collect their car.
Couldn't find anything in the T&C's and you only seem to be informed about this...ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED & PAID! Anyone else got caught out by this??? Never experienced this with any other parking service.
