Talk talk from Shell/Octopuss social tariff

For some reason Talk Talk do not provide a social tariff. (Why?)

Therefore Customers on Shell social tariff being moved to Talk Talk WILL have to cancel and at no cost. This is because their terms will change.

Looks like BT/EE have best offer in my area. Check the gov site for all those that do offer social tariffs.

I wish MSE would publicise social tariffs more

And there is no obligation to offer social tariffs at all, I think its only BT who's obligated but everybody else doesn't have to.
