Hi
My minimum term contract ends on 1 September. Im just trying to refresh my brain before I cancel/renegotiate.
I'm I right in saying I cant go back and cancel etc until 30 days before the end contract date and that with recent changes they now have to inform you what the overall cost will be to include in contract price rises? Many thanks for any help provided.

Your online bill will give you projections of what your future bills will be if you let it lapse and do nothing.0

You can give more than 30 days notice if you request your contract ends on a certain date. I did this with no issues, although I would recommend this is done via email, text chat etc so you have proof. As mentioned in the above post future bills will show what you will be paying. Also if you take out another contract be aware now that Sky contracts are for 24 months, not 18, so include 2 prices increases which are based on the full price and not any discounted deal you may have negotiated.0

As regards the overall cost, then no, that's something that may come but isn't here yet.0
