My mum made an insulated quilt but bled on it while making it which I find gross, what to do?

She very kindly stitched some insulation between some material so I can insulate between van back and the cab area which I preferred to the idea of putting insulation on the windows.
Done a good job but she pricked herself with the needle whilst doing it and she said "you don't mind a bit of blood on it do you?" I didn't answer quickly enough because while I said yes she must have grabbed it in the meantime because when she showed me the finished product there is at least one blood stain.
When I commented on it she just says "that is an industrial injury" or something like that.
I didn't say anything at the time but that grosses me out. I also can't think of how I will get that off since it would probably smudge into the insulation below too.
Only thing I can think of is cutting it out and pulling any stuffing out under if it has blood and then patching it.
I imagine she will get mad at me if I suggest that she do it so I suppose I will have to do it myself.
Any other, perhaps less destructive, ideas?
When I did a search on getting dried blood off fabric there is plenty of content already on this forum but being an insulated quilt it isn't as simple as a normal piece of clothing or such.
It is thick (between 5-10cm) van insulation.

You probably need to post this in old style. Honestly though what difference is a pinprick of dried blood going to make?I did have to laugh at your mum’s comment about industrial injury. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.3 -
Seriously? Your mum made it for you and you’re saying? 🤦

I am ocd in such matters. Would not matter if visible or not. Could be tucked in the corner but just the thought of someone elses body fluid, relative or no, being in my living area makes me nauseous.

You are planning to live in a van in a layby, and you are grossed out by a pinprick?4

Apples and oranges. I am grossed out by other people, not being out in 'the wild'.

Just gather the quilt in your hand to isolate the blood stained area and soak that part in cold water, it should come out easily. If other parts get wet in the process, the quilt should dry quickly if hung outside. If the quilt is being used for insulation and touches windows it will need washing sometimes anyway to avoid getting mould stains on it.4

My mum will take care of all the horrible things for me.

Can't you find some way to put it in perspective? If it was your blood, it wouldn't be a problem?Your mum gave birth to you and you survived on her blood while in the womb.
