Close bros responded - what now?

Hi all. Had this response from Close Brothers.

It says they have registered complaint.

Are they supposed to prove to me they have actually done this or do I need to do anything else other than wait?

    Wait until the FCA review is done, they have sent you proof they opened the complaint per the attached

    Note you can have positive and negative DCA and no-one has decided (despite Martin's ramblings) that there is any compensation due, let alone the figures he's throwing around, it might be £0

    The complaints process on DCA is suspended.  So, they register the complaint and do nothing until the FCA review is complete.
