Hi all. Had this response from Close Brothers.
It says they have registered complaint.
Are they supposed to prove to me they have actually done this or do I need to do anything else other than wait?

Wait until the FCA review is done, they have sent you proof they opened the complaint per the attached
Note you can have positive and negative DCA and no-one has decided (despite Martin's ramblings) that there is any compensation due, let alone the figures he's throwing around, it might be £0Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair.
