I usually advise the following as a Data Rectification Notice but, as PPCs and their solicitors are careless with their received emails and letters and will always claim "non-receipt" it would be safer to send to BW Legal by using cc in the same email that you send to the PPC.

Send a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO of the PPC advising them of you correct address for service and requiring them to ERASE your old data and inform any and all of their agents and subcontractors of your address.

Attach proof of your new residence. Utility bill ideally, or possibly your REDACTED driving licence (never give a full image of your driving licence to anyone) showing the address would do
