    No.  They have 6 years to sue you.  Same as your OPS case.  Ignore them both until you get a LBC from a solicitor then come back here.

    Tell both PPCs if you move house in 6 years.

    That's it.

    There's no real 'appeal' that works with IPC members (because the IAS isn't independent and finds in favour of parking firms 95% of the time) but literally nobody pays PCM or OPS, who are both run by ex-clamping firm directors.

    These are not people you pay.
