Its probably a mistake on their part, especially if you received the auto email reply
Email it again, stating that it was sent previously on 1st September 2024 , also stating that you received the auto email response, if you did receive it
So yes, email it again asap and check your inbox and spam folder for the auto email response too2 -

Yeah I did even get the auto reply after checking again now. Anyway, I've sent it a 2nd time, mentioned this in the email, and received the auto reply again just now.
Btw, dcb offered me to settle for £225. No thank you!

So keep checking your MCOL claim history every weekday, checking that the CNBC have logged your DQ onto the system. ( Something that you should have been checking ever since you submitted the first one. ) Probably take a few days or more before you see it2

You could spend an hour or more ringing them up
You could complain about the failures to a manager there, by phone or by email
You could complain about the troubles to your local MP
But you have the auto responses to prove that they received it, twice2 -
Finally see that MCOL is updated and says:
'You filed a DQ on 17/10/2024'
So only took about 6-7 weeks for that to get updated!
I did call them after the above comment, but they basically just said as I have the 2 confirmation emails that is my evidence that I sent it so not to worry and they will get around to it eventually.

I just noticed the following on MCOL:
I am just wondering do I need to do anything now?? Does this mean I have to pay now or?
I haven't received any emails about the status changes on 1st or 30th of october, and note I did submit the DQ long before 17th october but as I mentioned previously in a comment it just took a very long time for it to appear on MCOL.

That is why people should be checking their MCOL claim history , same as checking your bank account online, not relying on chance, not relying on everything working 100% , 24/7/365 or 366. Errors or failures or mistakes happen, same as in the Horizon scandal (you don't get emails regarding the updates, which is why you login to check progress)
It appears that either the CNBC have made a mistake, OR. , the submitted defence has been rejected, in which case you should receive a Letter telling you the what and why, plus any instructions or orders
You can either email a query to claim responses, adding the screenshot and requesting clarification, or you phone them up. ( Tedious with long waits on the phone. ) to ask for clarification, especially asking if a letter has been sent to you last week. ?
They may email a copy to you
Perhaps now that both documents are logged, its gone to a judge within the building or working from home and they may have struck out the defence. ? (. Possibly ordering the defendant to send in a new defence. ? )
I suppose that it might depend on which defence was submitted. ? The coupon mad defence template ? Or the Ldast alternative. ?
Only the CNBC have the answers, unless a letter drops onto your doormat this week, possibly today. ?
Check , check , check , the CNBC can provide the information, or rectify any errors, especially if notified early and quickly2 -
Email them
it could be they are implicating the DQ was logged to late and thus the defence was struck out
You need to forward to original email sent to them along with the auto acknowledgement and tell them to sort it
I would also give them a call tomorrow morning @ 8.30am on the dot.2
