ASOS sample sale no refund or reply

I bought some clothes from the asos sample sale on the 7th June 24 and returned via evri on the 12th June. I have had no email saying the parcel has been received and when I go onto the evri tracked it says received at local hub on the 14th June. I have tried contacting asos sample sale on the contact form twice on their website with no response and also on the asos live chat which they said they cannot help with asos sample sale. I have seen similar situations on trust pilot reviews of people not getting refunds or returns done. Anyone got any advice on how to proceed to get my refund for this return?

If it helps I recently made a return that was via Evri and there were no updates on the tracking whatsoever, but the refund did appear in my bank account after around 10 days. I was getting a bit worried due to the complete lack of updates on the tracking, but I got my refund despite the lack of communication from Evri1

Contact ASOS via their chat function. They’ll say they can’t help you because it’s a separate team. Ask to be put through to a manager and ask the manager to refer your case to escalations. I did this on Monday after posting my return over 3 weeks ago and hearing nothing, I’d also completed the online contact form on asos sample sale and had no reply. By yesterday I had a response from the escalation team asking for proof of postage and what was returned and this morning I’ve had an email confirming my refund has been processed.1

I’m in the same position, I posted my return on 11th June and the tracking shows no movement since 14th June when it was received at the local hub. I’ve used the asos sample sale contact form twice and contacted asos today but they’ve advised they can’t help. I advised others have had their refunds resolved via asos directly and asked to be passed to a manager or the escalations team but they’ve repeatedly said they can’t help and cut me off the chat. It’s unacceptable for such a large global brand to not have any customer service infrastructure besides a contact form.0

Thanks for everyones help! I asked to be escalated on the chat on asos website, it took some persistence to actually get someone to do this and have now got my refund back!0

So annoying wish didn't buy from them. I have bought shoes delivered in 3 separate packages but with return how do i. Return it without having to pay multiple postage costs. I don't have a box big enough to take all in 1 package.0
