    Hi All,
    so I filed my defence and had written confirmation the court had received it and passed on to DCB Legal.
    I have since received a letter from DCB saying that Bank Park intend to proceed.
    They have written the court will file directions questionnaires in due course. In anticipation they have enclosed a copy.
    They then say
    without prejudice to the above our client may be prepared to settle the case. Therefore if you wish to discuss settlement call £&@“)(;;

    I’ve no intentions of trying settle so what are my next steps?
    ignore the DCB letter and wait on the court??

    cheers

    You were expecting that weren't you?

    Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...

    Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.

    You no longer get a choice, the tick boxes are gone

    You don't even have your own N180 yet, so are getting ahead of yourself, studying other recent cases brings lightbulb moments
