Hi All,
so I filed my defence and had written confirmation the court had received it and passed on to DCB Legal.
I have since received a letter from DCB saying that Bank Park intend to proceed.
They have written the court will file directions questionnaires in due course. In anticipation they have enclosed a copy.
They then say
without prejudice to the above our client may be prepared to settle the case. Therefore if you wish to discuss settlement call £&@“)(;;I’ve no intentions of trying settle so what are my next steps?
ignore the DCB letter and wait on the court??
