There are several now that are good for fee-free foreign-currency transactions (Halifax Clarity is one of the old favourites, but there are now several competitors, some of which are even better), The 0% on purchases tends to be limited to Sterling transactions (at least, they don't offer the no-FX-fee that the "travel" cards do). I tend to agree, you're probably better off going for two separate cards. This article should hopefully give you a good starting point: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/borrowing/

Apply for an All in One Credit Card | Santander UKI stand corrected !Though I do notice that there's a fee for the Santander card, and you need to be a member for the Nationwide one. But still, it's handy to know such thing exist

The Barclaycard Rewards card is a good one for foreign usage as that doesn't charge or apply immediate interest for cash withdrawals, but not sure it does an introductory 0% period.1
