On further investigation with your assistance above, I believe the agents are in fact Morgan Williams as they have Colindale retail park listed as a client on their website, together with direct contact details of the person who's portfolio it falls into. I have emailed them now and will follow up with phone call during business hours in a couple days if I don't hear back.
Cushman appear to be the old agents as the pictures on GSV looks like the retail park from a long time ago, and on the Google searches there were articles about the site being sold, so presume Morgan Williams act for the new owners.
After emailing Morgan Williams with a complaint, they did actually pass me on to Cushman. I got a response from them that didn't seem too positive, just saying they will pass my email on, and also asking me to explain why I thought UKPCs behaviour was predatory! Nonetheless, I wrote back and within a week, the charge was cancelled. Huzzah! Thanks everyone!
