Two of my last 3 cap changes were down - on both peak and off peak.

    I still got advance notice.

Another eon next e7 customer said only his peak is falling on Mon - maybe regional though.

My April reduction was notified on 7th March.
And 7th December and 18th September.
Last July's was received on 6th July headed "We've reduced your prices" - daughter received hers on 19th Jun
April 2023 received on 30th March.

I haven't received any notification.  Extremely annoying as there is no excuse.  Why is it not automatically put on the details of tariff shown on the online account.  If I could persuade Octopus to bring down the price on their Economy 7 to match EDF, I would be off in a flash!!

At least EDF has published their SVR rates in an online PDF. I cant find EON Next's prices from tomorrow's anywhere online. Please could someone point me in the right direction if you have a link to them?

Get a quote, prices have been at the July rates for a while now.  My on line account shows them in the "renew tariff" click.

Still no notification of the new prices, but at least EDF have pushed the correct pricing out to our Smart meter.

The off peak and daily standing charge costs are both displaying the correct prices this morning. I will check the peak rate once the meter switches to peak shortly after 8am.

As per @molerat - my online tariff on account dashboard showing revised prices today for EOnNext E10 - but still no formal notice (EOn normally send a price change summary and a revised DD calculation if warranted).

No smart meter priced update yet - can take a couple of days based on past.

Mainly down on day (well strictly in my E10 case peak) 3.83p - a little down on off peak - 0.88p.

Submitted my readings this morning & within minutes bill appeared which agreed with my own calculations to the penny, at the previous rate.  And checking my tariffs on my account they now have been updated since yesterday to the ones I had already found on the EDF website applicable from today.  So all is hunky dory & nothing more to do until 1st August, other than check the variable DD leaves my bank mid July.  Simples!

This lack of notice annoys me a little.

But would of course be worse if rates actually increasing.

If increasing would they legally have to give say x days notice of changes before applying new rates.

People on standard tariffs might be able to see rates if search - but not all suppliers publish their more bespoke tariffs the way likes of EDF do for their e10, e2020 etc.

But what is the Ofgem / contractual position if any ?
