No notification from EDF on 1st July price changes.

Out of interest, has anyone who is with EDF received any notification of the new prices from 1st July?

I looked back at my old emails and for the Oct 23, Jan 24 and March 24 changes, in each case I received emails a few weeks before advising me what my new rates were.

But radio silence for the changes that come into effect from Monday.

I've checked the messages on my EDF online a/c and there is nothing showing there either.

I did find the 1st July rate table online a week or so ago,so I am aware of the changes, but I think it is poor that EDF haven't contacted me on the matter.

Just interested to know if I am an isolated case or if this is widespread.
I also wonder if there is some legal responsibility for the supplier to provide advanced notice of any rate changes directly to their customers.

The email didn't have the rates in the body, just their new guess at annual cost, but there was a pdf letter attached that had the actual rates right at the end.

Called "Your prices are going down on 1 July." in my online messages.

Not sure if it was tariff-specific though - I'm on Pledge Tracker v3

Now I think about it I also have not had a notification email from EDF as previously received.  And there is nothing on my account when I log in.  But I had already searched for & found the new rates earlier in the month when I was updating my spreadsheet data so had not thought any more about it.
I now submit regular readings on 1st of month & also photograph the meters as belt & braces.  Never had any problem with the correct rates being applied on the correct dates.  We shall see . . . .

Not had my E10 rates from EOn Next yet either.

They have never been this late before - but do remeber many cap changes ago - people were posting only notified after the event.

Is it different because rates are going down, not up?
