Community Fibre / NOW TV app issues

Hi.  I’ve recently moved to CF but since moving cannot seem to get my NOW tv app to work so wondered if anyone else has had this issue / found a workaround.  I’ve not really had a satisfactory answer from CF & am still within the time limit to move so may well have to if I can’t sort this.   Thanks in advance for any tips or advice. !

Just a guess , but a lot of these Alt Nets seem to obtain IP address ranges from anywhere and if the IP  range is ‘foreign’ ( originally allocated to another country ) , then any geographic restriction Now have ( to stop you watching  from abroad ) may be stopping you accessing it even though you are not abroad, you could try obtaining your IP address then searching for its geographical location.

Many thanks - I’ll give it a go - all a little above my head tbh but clearly it’s an ongoing issue so hopefully CF may be able to help ..
