Ryanair rescheduling flight

Ryanair has rescheduled my flight to make it a later flight by 4 hours 40 minutes. The flight number is the same and they have given us the 90 days notice. The choice was to either accept the new flight times or reschedule to a flight the day before which I cannot do, or take the flight the day after (there isn't one). When I went on the Chat I was informed by the Team member that I could not claim a refund as it was under 5 hours change, and this was in their Terms and Conditions. When I asked him to put the link for these T&Cs in the Chat, he put in a link for a Complaint. I have scoured the Ryanair T&Cs and have not found anything specific to 5 hours. I appreciate that other airlines do have the 5 hour conditions but can anyone point me to Ryanair's specifically and if not, can I then claim a refund?

Have you read this?
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/flight-changes/
It states Ryanair classes 3+ hours as a significant delay that should allow a refund - but no reference provided.
Or you could try the refund form from this page

In EC261 there is no right to a refund unless the delay/reschedule is 5 hours or more, it would appear that's what Ryanair are applying.1
