There was an agency solicitor representing them at the Hearing: he was actually quite reasonable and very professional, but at the end of the day the facts were the facts and the Judge ruled in my favour accordingly. The claim was pretty simple: I have no CCJs and adduced plenty of proof of this, including a certificate from the Registry Trust. DCBL claimed that Experian had wrongly given them my address, but a DPA disclosure from Experian was factually correct, and DCBL failed to produce any evidence whatsoever to support their claim.
In all, they sent four demands for payment, despite my responses that it wasn't my CCJ, and the Judge ruled accordingly. I have no "crusade" against DCBL but I fiercely defend my online presence and clearly repeated demands for payment of someone else's debt are unacceptable.
