DCBL parking fine

1) Wrong, their client is listed on the top right of the letter but you redacted it in blue pen , make sure it's been done, otherwise the DVLA could issue a summons to mags court where the maximum fine is £1000 for not updating it1) I don’t know the parking company
2) this is the first I’ve heard
I did move hiuse around about this time so does this mean I have to accept defeat and pay up
2) probably because you moved and didn't update the V5c promptly , as required by the DVLA
3) no it doesn't2 -
Sorry my apologies the company is G24 ltd
would it be best to contact them and explain or ?1 -

But do email a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO at G24 and give them your current address or a suitable address for the service of papers, preferably attaching a copy of the updated V5C and copies of 2 recent redacted utility bill's, telling them that they MUST erase old address and they MUST only use your current address
Do not mention or discuss the outstanding pcn3 -
I get one of those letters every couple of weeks!0

Sorry my apologies the parking company is G24 ltd
Should I contact them or just hold my hands up and pay the fine0 -
Sorry I’ve never had one of these before
will the amount keep raising if not paid and leave me worse of than taking the hit now or is they a away around it0 -
I have never had one either, it doesn't change the advice one iota
It does not actually change, it stays at £100 , the rest is fiction by debt collectors
The way around it is to get the landowner to cancel the PCN ASAP
Otherwise its stay on the horse and ride it out , but to definitely get them to update your current address ASAP, plus to get your V5c out and check that its up to date too1 -
I have no idea what you mean.chair1204 said:Sorry my apologies the parking company is G24 ltd

You won't be paying and you don't have a fine. You do need to update your logbook address with the DVLA.You also need to tell G24 and DCB Ltd to erase your old address. By email, obviously you don't phone these companies.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
