I have a 2021 suzuki swift hybrid and I want to replace the wiper blades but does anyone know who makes suzuki wiper blades.

If they have to be OE, then buy them from your local dealer.
Otherwise, get a reputable brand from somebody like https://www.wiperblades.co.uk/suzuki-swift-years-2018-to-2024-wiper-blades
I presume they aren't still the originals at 3yo? They really need replacing annually.1 -
Any particular reason for wanting to stick to the same brand rather than buy from the usual brands like Michelin, Bosch or Lucas? Plenty of places you just stick your reg in and they'll give you the options available1

Maybe just go down to Halfords. I think they could provide wiper blades which would work on your vehicle

Why do you want original parts, Have a look on euro car parts, they usually have Bosch ones at a good price0

Because, much over a year, they aren't "perfectly working" any more.
Sure, it takes longer before they're reduced to the shreds you often see hanging off rear wipers, or the scratchy-smeary that you often see people peering through, but they definitely start to go off.
For the cost and time to change them, it's daft not to.0 -
For the sake of the planet it is daft to do so. A decent set of wiper blades for modern cars are £30+
Wiper blades last more than 12 months in perfect working order and should not be replaced annually. They should be inspected regularly and replaced on need.
You are correct that they shouldn't be left until they are failing to clear the screen of are split.
By your approach, spark plugs don't work perfectly after a year either, should we all be replacing them annually?1 -
LOl, my rear wiper is possibly still the original one that came with the car - car was new in 2018 and I've had it since 2020, not changed by me. The front near side one hasn't been changed by me either. I changed the offside (drivers side) one last year. So one blade in 4 years for definite. They get checked every year at service and replaced if needed.0
